When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

What are the shipping options?

• Economy: 5–10 business days
• Standard: 3–7 business days
  Shipping is calculated at checkout, and we offer free shipping on orders over $50. We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx (no DHL).

Will I get tracking info?
Yes! You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please reach out to me directly and file a report with the carrier. We’ll work together to make it right.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address before placing your order. Unfortunately, I can’t be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. We offer store credit within 30 days of purchase, but no refunds.

Do your cases fit all Kindle models?
Our cases are made specifically for the Kindle Paperwhite 12th generation AND the Colorsoft models.  Please check your Kindle's model (in device settings) before ordering!
